The classic beret is as popular as ever: a simple but elegant statement of style that can be worne anywhere and by anyone.

Our berets are made with care and to the highest quality by the one of the only two remaining French manufacturers, Our suppliers of the Basque beret, and military berets also make a lovely range of pure wool berets in fashionable and eye-catching colours.

The ordinary berets are supplied in one size only: as they do not have the stiff leather band of the Basque beret they will fit most people. The exterior diameter is approximately 10 ins. There are two qualities: the Top quality is partially lined with a stylish woven label stitched on. The Standard beret is unlined. Both are made from 100% pure wool which is waterproofed.There is also a children's version of the standard beret, 9 ins across, (shown left) suitable for children from the age of 1 to 6. Childrens' berets are only available in natural, black, marine and red. Discounts are available for bulk purchase - consult us.

Get your own design on a beret! We would be delighted to quote for berets with your own design - a word, or two, or a logo or other design, embroidered on the beret. Minimum order is usually for 100 berets although we can accept orders for 50. Consult us about your needs using the form below and marking it for just a comment. Prices depend on the number of letters, colours and stitches so we will need an excample of what you want embroidered to provide a firm quote.

EXCHANGE POLICY: We do not hold stock. This means that we can keep our prices low, but it also means that we are unable to exchange berets unless there is a defect in manufacture.

P&P to, for example, the United States will be around 5 euros for one beret, plus insurance if you want it.

POSTAGE & INSURANCE: Postage is calculated by weight. Items will be sent by airmail unless you specify otherwise. NB: express/Fedex is very expensive.If your package comes to more than 2 kilos it is automatically insured. Tick the insurance box for items less than 2 kilos for insurance. The extra charge is 5 euros. We no longer offer dispatch by Fedex as we have found them unreliable. If you choose Express it will go by Chronopost, the French express service.
